Stuff each pasta shell with 1 1/2 ounces of stuffing mixture plus 2 shrimps. Put shells into a pan with a small amount of water and cover. Bake for about 10 minutes. Serve (open side up) on a bed of tomato basil sauce. Serve side of garlic bread on a bread plate.
Cook pasta in plenty of water ( 1 gallon water to 1 pound of pasta).
STUFFING MIXTURE
2 Cups Rockefeller Spinach Mixture
10 oz. Snow Crab meat
2 tsp. Garlic - processed
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream
Pinch Black Pepper
Mix all ingredients well. Keep refrigerated
TOMATO BASIL SAUCE:
3 Cups Tomatoes - fresh, chopped
3/4 Cup Basil - fresh, chopped
1 oz. Chablis
1 tsp. Sugar
1/4 Cup Shallots - minced
Pinch Black Pepper
Pinch Salt
2 Tbl. Olive Oil
Heat oil; saute shallots until soft. Add tomatoes and cook down. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.
